HELP with Re-filing I-485

Hi,

I'm a US citizen and applied for my husband's AOS to permanent residency (he is currently on H1). I received the confirmation for I-130 but I-485 got rejected, without any specific reason for rejection (the package included I-485, I-131, I-765 and I-864). We took an appointment at the USCIS office and the immigration officer also could not give any insight into the the reason for rejection. She just told us to refile the application and attach a letter on top of it explaining the situation.

What I'm confused about now, is that should we send back the SAME application (along with the rejection letter for I-485, acceptance letter for I-130 and a cover letter) OR create a NEW package with same contents (along with the rejection letter for I-485, acceptance letter for I-130 and a cover letter)???

Any suggestions for which one of the two routes to follow will be highly appreciated! We are planning to refile in a day or two, so a quick response would be of great help.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Resubmit the I-485/I-765/I-131/I-864 and include a copy of the NOA for the I-130 as one of your evidence for the I-485. Be sure to treat each form (I-485, I-765 and I-131) as a separate application and submit evidence/supporting documents for each of them as required.
