Nope! That's mainly for CR and IR visas.

You'll fill out 2 DS 156, 1 DS 156K and 2 DS 157s.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

It depends. Some consulated do. Only DS230 part1. (K1 applicant is also considered as an immigrant-that is the reason. I had to at Chennai, India for my K3 which is similar to K1)

Yeah I've heard that but unless things have changed recently. The OPs embassy doesn't require it.

Hello,

my interview is one week from today at the US embassy in London. Obviously I've sent in the forms they asked for - the DS-230, DS-156. 156k, DS-157 (forgotten the actual names of the forms now - suffice it say I sent in what they asked for, signed the ones required, left unsigned the ones specified, send duplicates as required and completed only pages 1 and 2 of DS-230 as instructed, leaving the sworn declaration part unsigned).

My question is, do I need to take additional copies of these forms with me to the actual interview? They already have them and they must have been correct (in the important respects) as I've been issued an interview date. They also have the duplicates as requested. If I do need to take them with me, do I need to take in part 2 of the DS-230, the sworn declaration?

Thanks a lot.

7 days and counting.

Jack.

hey Jack!

you don't need to take copies of those forms with you as they have them there, hence the interview date.

some folk on here take duplicates just in case but it's not necessary as you merely need to sign them in front of the officer.

i had my interview last week and i didn't need them.

for future reference you may want to check out the UK forum on this site as it's been a great help to me.

good luck with your interview.
