Goodday everyone, please i need a help one the I-864 form, i need to know which one of the box me and my fathert gonna check on the Part 1 A to F? the sample if the particular part is show bellow, ple people help me out, thanks

05/07/08-BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT

03/26/09- Green Card

02/11/2011- Lift conditions file date

02/14/2011- lift conditions NOA

03/09/2011- lift conditions biometrics appointment
