Interview Letter

Hi

I was scheduled for my N-400 interview by the end of this month at Milwaukee office and received a lettter they have cancelled because of some undfroreseen cirumstances and wait for another letter ..............

Any body has any idea if there is something going on, pushing dates or what. or does someone have any similar experience. thanks

This has happened before - I've seen it on the portals of immigration.com. Normally, people get their new notice about a week or two later.

I know it's a bummer, but keep your hopes up.

Hi badal, I see another person in another forum has a similar case. He/She resecheduled it by going for INFOPASS to the local DO and it was resolved fine. He/She go the rescheduled dated fine and no problem whatsoever.

I have had a similar experience. Filed in June 2008 with VSC, received an interview date of Oct 1, that was cancelled in late Sept. And I have heard nothing since then. I made an Infopas appt at the Boston office and they told me that my file had not been transferred to Boston yet from VSC. They asked me to wait another 2 months and come back if I'd heard nothing.

It happened to me too. My original interview date was for November 6. Then I got a cancellation notice in mail. And the same day I got another letter with a new interview date - November 19. Hope they won;t change it again.
