Receipt Number Can't Be Found

I filed my 485 and 765 in April and went to fingerprint in May. Now it's been two months, so I decided to check my case status online. When I put my receipt number from form 485, it said "this receipt number can't be found at this time." When I put my receipt number from form 765, it showed me something. So I double-checked by calling USCIS. But it's on the weekend, so I gotta follow the system and the same, my receipt number from 48 can't be found. Receipt number from 765 was found. Does anyone know what happened?

I guess that is normal... They always take at least 2 weeks after the Biometrics Appointment to update the cases into the system, in the mean time if you try to check it, It will always appear as not founded, I have seen cases that take more than 2 weeks after Biometrics and still they aren't in the system.

Don't Panic... Everything is .....I understand you... I felt the same when I did not find my case.

Thanks. It's been a month since the biometics date. And I found my EAD's receipt number, but not my AOS's.

Some people never get their information input into the online system, or if they are input sometimes it doesn't get updated at all. I am sure if you call again on Monday they will have some news for you. Best of luck.
