Hello,

Hope someone will be able to help here. First is the case number you get from the NVC the same as the one that the Manila embassy will give to you?

Also my fiance went to the Metrobank in Davao to ask about paying the document verification fee for Delbros and the lady told her they do not take them at their bank anymore. Is this true??? Someone said she should just try a different bank. Does anyone know which banks in Davao take this? I know this is a long shot but I figured I would ask.

Also NVC got my packet on June 2nd and shipped to the embassy on June 4th. Wow this is so fast.

Hi,

Yes, it is the same case number that you get from NVC and it starts with MNL.

I paid at Metrobank Davao-Agdao Branch last May 29th and there was no problem. Just checked the USEM website awhile ago if there were changes, so far, none.

Let her try other Metrobank branches.

God bless. . .

Unfortunately, some metrobank employees don't have any idea about document verification, i actually have not encountered one who knows about it yet. They will really say they don't know or they don't do that. That was also my experience here in our place before.

Let your fiancee fill up the deposit slip (she can even go back to the same metrobank branch she went to) and then put in the details as indicated here: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfdelb.pdf. then tell her to just submit it to the teller and then pay the necessary deposit charge and then text delbros regarding payment.

Good luck and God bless.

Hi,

Let your fiancee go to the website of the USEM and print the page "PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS TO VISA APPLICANTS" and bring it with her to Metrobank.

I let the teller read it 'coz she was unaware about document verification then. After reading the printout, she accepted my payment.

Good luck and God bless. . . :star:
