I-134 here comes the questions...

Hello everyone,

Well as some of you know our case was approved yesterday in California so hooray for that. I am not currently working on the I-134 which suprisingly doesn't seem as complicated as it did to me a couple of months ago, but I still have a couple of questions:

1. Part 2 it says I have been in the US since... I was born in the US in 1983 but I lived in France for 2 years from 1995-97. Do I write since 1983 or since 1997?

2. Part 7- I am employed or engaged in the business of (type of business) with (name of concern). Basically I work at my university as a computer lab assistant (that's where the big bucks are) but I have no idea what to write there I just don't get it. Type of business... student computer lab? Name of concern???

3. Part 7 still... I have stocks and bons with.... I don't own real estate, I don't have life insurance and I don't own any property.. so do I just write 0$?

1. I had a similar 2-year 'outage'. I went with my birth date.

2. You seem to have answered your question in the process of asking it. All you left out was your univeristy's name.

3. $0 sounds like what you've got, on what basis would you enter any other number?
