Hi guys,

We have sent the documents to our agent already...By then we will just wait till when the case will be completed in the NVC..which we do not have an idea (hoping soon.._We do received an instruction packet from the NVC thru our agent....it has like MNL........... is this our case number?s this means after they review our case they will forward it in Manila Embassy? My other question is.. f this is the case,is it ok to have a pre medical check up before I receive the appointment letter of the medical..Will there be no problme if i will have the vaccines already as I read about one of the requirement..Is it ok to have it in other doctors?Or all the vaccines will do in the day of Medical?Does all the vaccines needed included there and no extra payment needed?I have thought of this because i have read some VJ members suggesting to have a pre-medical check up so just in case you do not know you have problems there is still some months that you can do something with it..but im not sure if this is applicable in all cases like the CR 1.Thank you in advance..Good luck to all of us!!!God bless you...

HI there! I'm a physician so I'm exposed to lots of Tb patients and needle pricks...so to alleviate my anxiety of getting communicable diseases, I had my xray taken and HIV test done. You may also want RPR (test for Syphilis) done, HIV and RPR are the 2 labs done with your blood in SLEC.

Regarding the vaccines, the charge is included in the medical fee which is P9378.40. So you may take it in SLEC. But if you want to get the shots outside, get a certificate from the MD that will administer the shots that you received the said immunization.

I hope I answered your questions.

God bless you! :star:

U may have an early medical exam at st lukes when u get ur case number or approval. If ur doubting about ur health, u may have pre-med as what lei said. diseases like Hepa and tb takes time to cure...

also, better have the vaccination at st luke, anyway it's included in ur fees.

goodluck!

PS

And yes, MNL is your case number. You may call USEM call center, 1-909-101-7878 to ask them if they received you papers from NVC. If they do then you can schedule your interview appointment. They will send you a confirmation letter via email. I'm K1, I was instructed to get my medical exam anytime after I get my confirmation letter (via email). I dont know if it will be the same with CR1. You may ask the one you'll be talking to, with the number I gave you.

Thank you Ms. Lei for the response to my post..I am a public school teacher so basically i deal with different kind of people too especially the kids..and I know u are aware on how is it going in a public school...Kids came from different areas..so i didnt know myself if i deal with people who are sick or not..so i was just thinking of having pre med so then i will know ahead of time if something wrong with my health or not..Anyways, as u informed me about the vaccines..I have an aunts and uncle who are physician too..but they are OB Gyne and Pediatricians..so they were asking me if to ask about if they can do the vaccination to me ..but since you said its included in the fees then maybe il just wait on my Medical appointment to have those vaccines and have a pre check up like xray prior to the medical sched..Again, thank you very much... :)
