Got reply same day after emailing USEM.

Right after my interview, the Consul told me that my document verification result is still pending, they will ONLY release my visa if they receive already the result from NSO. And so i told my husband about this. My husband called Ms. Shannon, secretary of Senator Brownback to update her of my interview. And then, Ms. Shannon was the one who emailed the USEM Manila to inquire about this pending Document verification. Here's the reply:

The applicant was refused a visa on May 12, 2008, under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), pending verification by the Philippine central registry of the applicant’s marital status. These record checks normally take 4 to 6 weeks.
