Can anyone who has come through JFK from Egypt tell us what to expect. Will he need $$ or what does he do? diff line for work visa...???

HELP!!

hi akram and donna i came through Jfk last month and it was so easy. the officer was so nice he just ask me when we will marry and i asked for work permission and they gave me it valid for 3 months.it take about 30 min to be out of the airport .

Hello, my husband came right around the time that Mohamed did and he entered at JFK. He found the people there very friendly and he said he wasn't asked any questions. He actually received the work stamp and didn't even know it. It was on the back of the I94 stapled in the passport. Just give him lots of time to get to his next flight. We chose a flight 4 hours later just in case there were issues in immigration.

it was ok for habibi...have money though.. delta charged him an extra 80.00 for his luggage.. they said it was overweight.. bummer :angry:
