Hello, I am just about ready to send in my husband's AOS Package and I have a few questions. On the Advanced Parole I-131 on Part 2 I checked D...would this be correct? Then I filled out Part 3, 1,2,3 and then skipped all the way down to part 7, filled out 1 and then on a separate sheet of paper just typed out why he would be traveling back home. Is this sufficient for this form? Of course I filled out the other required boxes but wanted to ensure that I filled out the right sections for a K1 AOS.

Also, when you sent in your paperwork, did you attach to each form what was needed or just kind of compile all of the required forms and pictures and then put all of the applications together?

What type of mailing system is the best to use? Fed Ex or USPS overnight or signature?

Any advice that you may have is appreciated!!!
