Hi,

We sent our AOS packet on May 7 and have received two NOAs plus the Biometrics appt. The cover sheet and info included was for the 3 pieces (I-485, I-765, I-131), but the NOAs and reference on Biometrics appt sheet EXCLUDE the travel authorization (I-131).

Could they have skipped it by mistake? Could there be a problem? (at least the work authorization is moving....)

Any suggestions on what to do, please?

THANKS!!

That's true, there is no Biometrics for the AP, just AOS and EAD. It looks like you're missing the NOA for the I-131 though, hope it comes in the mail soon. If it doesn't within maybe 1 month, I say call USCIS. Maybe other members would be able to advise on what to do in the case of missing NOA's.

Mystery solved - the NOA1 for the I-131 did not have our apartment number on it, so it was returned to USCIS and today redelivered. Of course the other 2 NOA1s did have the apartment number --- guess they come out of different systems or different people handle.

At least we now have all three. And the biometrics appt this week was painless :)
