Hi VJer's,

My fiancee just recieved k-1 visa in hand today... now to plan for CFO. Can she take seminar at CFO office at Citigold Center and also register and recieve her stamp there? It also says online that you have to reserve spot to take PDOS there? Can she take seminar at PRISM on Taft Ave. and then go to CFO Office and get her passport stamped there anytime? She does not have to make appointment at PRISM? Thanks for any help or advice...

Hi Walt,

I was able to get my certificate and sticker at Quezon City on the 14th of May without any reservations at all. It's easy. I went there at around 8:30 am to register and get all done at 12:00 pm. I downloaded the application form though so I don't have to waste time filling out there. The people were very helpful and I had great time with the discussion. Make sure she will photocopy her passport and visa (2 copies each) I brought 2x2 pictures in case they need it but they have a camera there to capture pictures for applicants. The CFO COW and the office where she will get her sticker are in the same building. By the way, they need to know your middle name so make sure she knows it :) Most applicants have to call their fiances about that cuz they weren't aware of it :)
