I just turned in two 2x2 inches passport photographs with my DS-230. No other photos are needed. I did mine via NVC for CR1, instead HCMC.

The DS-230 part one that you send back to the Consulate with your other documents from the Packet 3, don't require any photos for a K1 visa. You will need photos for the interview where you will also submit another DS230 (parts 1 and 2) as well as the rest of the documents the Packet 4 letter will instruct to submit.

cam on peter. :) we already sent it back and i was worried for second. i sent all my documents too van so i think she should get them no later than a week i hope. i made her a file with all documents listed in their proper order and labeled. i figured it would be easier for her when they asked for her documents she could get too them quickly. also did my timeline again and pretty much notorizzed anything i could in case of a problem. i am king of upset because i cant go back to VN for her interview because of my job. we had a lady go on maternity leave so we were short handed. :( thanks for everything peter. i think we have everything now , but we are waiting on vans police certificate and my documents to arrive. it weighed about 10 lbs so i tried to give them anything that they could possibly ask for from me. so she just has to print rest of chat logs, e-mails, etc.. this has been such a tough experience just waiting and organizing everything. hehe. i am just glad everything seems to be going quickly for us.
