- Form I-485 (AOS)

- Payment $1010 (check) (Biometrics fee included)

- Copy of Form I-797C Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

- Copy of my birth certificate

- Copy of Passport (Biographical Page) with K1 Visa with entry stamp

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Original Copy of Marriage Certificate

- Medical Form I-693A -sealed envelope by the civil surgeon-

- Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet (4 pages)

- 2 passport sized photos

I-864 Affidavit of Support (Petitioner) (notarized)

- Federal income tax return ) 2007, W-2 2007 (for his job last 2007)

- Proof of source of income

- Letter from Veterans proving income is non taxable

- Copy of bank statement proving the VA deposited every month, (notarized)

- Copy of Passport with Biographical Page

I-864 Affidavit of Support (Joint Sponsor) --just in case we need co-sponsor... coz he's not working now..

- Federal income tax return 2007, W-2 for 2007

- Proof of Assets/Properties

-Pay stubs

-Employment Letter

-Copy of passport

I-765 Application for Employment Document

- Copy of Passport (Biographical Page), with K1 visa

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

I think you have a complete checklist . We almost have the same checklist except for the co-sponsor and AP. Good luck in your AOS and we may be RFE free.

Even if we will live in Phil it's ok with me but he can't survive living in Manila but he sucked it up lived in there from Jan 2-May 9 coz of that happiness (love) eheheh
