I am indian us citizen and my fiance is from india. I submitted engagement ceremony photos with i129f.

I am thinking should i take engagement ceremony photos to interview.

We also went on a trip to pune and we have 25 photos of just us two.

The engagement ceremony was in my uncles farmhouse, with about 40 guests who were just relatives.

What should i submit to show the engagement is just an engagement.

we had no priest there. it was just family and us wearing garlands around our neck

Also if i am making a guest list to submit. It is a requirement and what should we list on there. Would just name of guest and relation to us be enough.

Is 40 guest considered a red flag?

Should we submit engagement photos. As in the petition we did put down that we got engaged.

How many photos with one another would be reasonable to take to interview?

I would take a photo album containing all the photos, and show it to them at the interview if they ask. Usually they look through a few photos only and give it back.

I would just make a statement confirming that it was only an engagement and there was no priest there. A guest list is usually not asked for, only rarely if there is doubt about the case. So it is your decision whether to submit it or not. Best luck for a fast approval!

I believe they also ask for contact information too, but maybe others with experience could comment too.
