Anyone from Kentucky?

I am preparing my documents to file for AOS. My vaccination sheet says I lack TD shot as it was

not available in the Manila when I had my medical. I heard from one of the VJ's that one could go to Public Health Department and have the shot free, but the case is in California. Is there anyone here from Kentucky I could talk to?

Thank you very much
