Hello

Does anyone know why Kingston takes so long to assign an interview date?

Everytime I call the NVC they tell me they are awaiting Kingston reply.

I am getting inpatient.

Help

USCIS CR1 PROCESS

07.12.07: Mail I-130 to CSC

07.24.07: NOA1

12.06.07: NOA2

NVC

01.04.08: NVC Assigns Case#

AOS Bill Received

IV Bill Received

Mailed out I-864 and DS230 (IV app) packets

04.09.08: NVC received IV Bill & DS230 packets

04.18.08: Case Complete

10.09.08: Medical Exam

10.24.08 : Interview

WE GOT APPROVED ... WE GOT APPROVE...THANKS AND PRAISES.

Kingston sucks.

When it's all over, you'll forget all this wait time and wonder what all the hoopla was about. I promise you that.

Hey Forbes it's not u one baby girl. I know 7 people right now waiting for dates. K1 and CR/1...my friend say they keep saying August. I don't know what they waiting on. they not even mentioning July. I think July maybe a likely date. My cousin filed her K-1 at CSC in July 2007 she get approved the end of February and all now. She say she not calling no more...hands up in the air with fustrations.

It does seem that the more time passes, the slower they seem to go. Wonder why?

Kingston isn't just taking behind on these types of visa, they are behind on all visas. We are waiting for an interview date for a work visa. The job starts at the end of May, anf they still have not gone for their intervew.

They had a work visa system down a bit and then unruly crowds ruined their system and they resorted to the old. That's not helping.
