HELP HOW TO BRING DAUGHTER WITH ME

since the CRBA is still under administrative review because of lacking records of domicile after 14th birthday of his dady (all washed out by the hurricane katrina) and bi exit clearance of immigration that will expire on jul. 3 is there any way i can bring my 11 month baby with me any help is highly appreciated thanks.

Sorry to say.. There is no way out of that.. You really need to wait for completion of her CRBA..

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

Sorry to say.. There is no way out of that.. You really need to wait for completion of her CRBA..

have to leave my husband here not until i settle the penalties for 150k..thanks for sharing :crying:

How are you guys taking care of the domicile record, since its all washed up? If you guys cant take care of the domicile records, another option might be for the petitioner (dad) to file I-130 for his daughter. Since he's been living in the Philippines, he might qualify for a Direct Consular Filing (DCF). Still though, a DCF is fast, but it can take between 2 to 4 months from start to finish.

I'm really not much of a help but good luck!

Hi there, your petitioner is here also? did you do DCF? we are worried about domicile too but the brothers of my husband is helping him to prove his domicile like residence and job offers.

im very jealous with other mothers who can bring their kid/s with them..the visa fee we paid for crba will about to expire on july 3 i pray we can get things fixed before that day comes..i wish i have that big bulk of money in my pocket,,thanks for sharing guys ill give it try if i can ask my dads help to sponsor my kid
