Hi All,

Do we, both my husband-to-be (USC, living in the US) and I (Swiss citizen, living in Switzerland), need to file G325A? I wasn't aware of this form until I saw it mentioned on the cover letters some of you have posted on this board.... They are on the checklist of form I-130 but have been crossed out manually by the Embassy.

Thanks for your help!

Jacqueline

Jacqueline,

G325a may be on its way to the graveyard & some consulates don't require it anymore. If your Consulate crossed it out from YOUR checklist, don't worry about it! :)
