10-13-05: I-130 Received by CSC

10-20-05: NOA1

Currently on Administrative Review

I-129F for K-3

11-25-05: Original I-129F Mailed

12-12-05: I-129F Received by Chicago lockbox

12-15-05: NOA1 - Case number generated

01-09-06: Approval!

01-12-06: NOA2

K-3 NVC and Consulate

01-23-06: Case number assigned at NVC

01-25-06: Case left NVC for Nairobi Embassy

If someone could help...the paperwork was sent to Nairobi and would like to know if there is anything on my part of this that could expedite the paperwork?

Sorry I don't know much about Nairobi. My husbands case was sent to his CO electronically first and then by paper. Interviews for his Cr1 were scheduled during the second week of each month. Just had to call the NVC each month to find out if he got one. It sounds like your K3 case has been moving along pretty good. I don't think there is anything you can do to make it go faster.

12-10-04 NOA 1 fee changed had to resend info with new fee

12-11-04 Resend case with new fee

02-25-05 NVC received case

03-21-05 Received I-864 fee bill

03-22-05 Sent $70 I-864 payment to

04-16-05 Received IV fee bill

04-17-05 Sent $ 380 IV payment to NVC
