Ok so I do alright but I'm dealing with a potential reception site and some of this vocab I simply don't know...so I figured I'd put it all here in hopes that someone can give me good translations so I don't appear idiotic dealing with the people! Anyway, here's my questions...any and all help is appreciated!

1. What is the minimum number of guests needed to reserve a reception room?

2. Is that number negotiable for a fee? (since all guests are out-of-town)

3. How early will reservations need to be made for an April 7, 2007 wedding?

4. Is the site able to accomodate a ceremony or just the reception? If we can have the ceremony there, can I bring my own officiant, play recorded music, etc. and will they do ceremony flowers, bouquets, etc?

5. Can I pick the colors for decorations, flowers, cake, etc.

6. Is there a DJ, if so, will he play certain songs, make announcements, etc. Is there a bilingual DJ?

7. Do the packages include dishes, glassware, cake cutting utensils, etc?

8. Does a buffet run cheaper than a seated dinner?

9. How many hours do the prices cover?

10. Do we need to make a deposit and if so, how early?

11. Can they arrange for transportation (ie, limo) for the send-off?

I'm a Spanish interpreter and translator, but I'm more used to doing "generic Spanish" to be understood by the wide range of Spanish speakers in the US than specifically Mexican, so a lot of those might not be exactly what things are called in Mexico. They'll probably be understood though.
