Is it generally a good idea to include them in the AOS packet? I have a lot of required evidence but was wondering if I should include this as well or of it might just be overkill.

What do you think?

I've included our apartment lease, joint bank account statements, health/dental insurance cards, furniture invoice, utility bills, photos, receipt/pictures of matching tattoos.

It's not a problem getting the affidavits though if you think I should include them.

What are you sending evidence of? I didn't send anything like you listed with my I-485.

Oh, and :time::thumbs:

It's for the I-130 application that goes in the packet.

I didn't fill in the timeline yet cuz there isn't really much to fill in besides marriage :lol:

That's why it's so important to fill in your timeline. You will get better help if people know what your basis is for adjusting status. As it turns out I'm adjusting from a K1 so I have no knowledge of the I-130 and can't help you, sorry. Hopefully someone will be along soon who can. :)

Ok, for the I-130, the evidence you listed should be enough, if you have joint tax returns, include those too. IMO, don't worry about affidavits, if you look at the I-130 instructions, the note mentioning evidence of bona fides marriage lists everything followed by "or": joint property or joint lease or etc... affidavits. I think people that don't have much evidence choose to send in an affidavit. You seem to have plenty. (I would leave out the tattoo photos though, could bring them to the interview if you must.)
