Timeline

i heard this message from last couple of days

NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address and will send further instructions within the next few weeks...if you want to change the choice of agent blah blah blah

but the message didn't say the date

so now i can send the i-864 any time

please let me know

The DS-3032 has nothing to do with the I-864. Once the NVC processes the DS-3032, they will generate the IV Bill, so that's probably the next step.

What generates the I-864 is the completed payment of the AOS bill. Have you paid that yet? You should've received it along with the DS-3032 since they're usually generated at the same time. You can also ask the NVC for your IIN to see if you can pay these bills online and print out the I-864 and DS-230 coversheets to move things along.

My advice is for you not to send anything ahead of time unless the NVC says that they have generated it. Otherwise, it will delay the process even further.

well i send them AOS bill on Friday May 2 so i dont know if that has been process or not because i was unable to get IIN so i send them by mail using shortcut.
