While this site is very helpful for the general process of bringing a fiancee to the US. It doesn't seem to mention anything about what to file for a child of said fiancee. I'm assuming a second 325 for the inital petition? Please confirm and ease my mind. Maybe the info is here and my ole eyes are just not processing it correctly.

Thanks,

Dan

At this stage, you simply list your fiancee's son as her child on the I-129F. Nothing more until the Consulate stage.

Yes, you have to write his/her name in the I-129F and to attach a birth certificate translated where you fiance name has to appear as the child mother. We included some pictures where my son appears too.

I hope it helps. Good luck,

Birth certificate and pictures are not needed at the petition filing stage. The Birth Certificate (translated) will be required at the Consulate stage.

If you included a beneficiary's birth certificate with your petition, make sure you have another copy available for the interview.
