NVC For Pakistan

Hi guys,

Want to know is NVC requiring all civil documents for pakistani applicants and arranging interviews now.

Like

Ds-230 Part I& II

Police Certificats

Photographs

Marriage Certificate

Translation

Birth Certificate

I thought all that happened to only Appointment Posts and Islamabad was an Standard Post.

Becouse ppl only had to send ds-230 Part 1 and Passport copy right ?

Please let me know whats goin on ?

I have read that NVC is asking for all the documents below .....along with (2) 2x2 passport pics as well. Here is the link for you to check out. I hope it helps.

Document Requirements

The applicant and each family member who will accompany the applicant to the United States will need to submit the following original documents or certified copies of the documents listed in this section from an appropriate authority (the issuing entity). In addition to sending the original documents or certified copies of the documents to the NVC, the applicant and each accompanying family member must submit a photocopy of the original documents or certified copies of the documents.

Deportation Documentation

Marriage Termination Documentation

Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

i didn;t send any of these but got RFE saying i need to submit ds-230 page 3 and 4 and 2 2x2 pics. if they asking all these civil documents they should have asked me in RFE ughhhh whats goin on... will send another RFE???
