You can answer NO because no you did not apply for AOS before in USA, this is the first time.

I understand the application questions can be confusing sometimes, there is so much to fill out and so much to remember!.

All depends if you've done so or not. I had and put yes.

Put yes if you have applied for AoS before in the United States.

Put no if you have not applied for AoS before in the United States.
