Another January approval from California. They are really moving on IR/CR petitions. What the hell is going on at Vermont? Anyone call them recently to see what timeframe they are working on? I thought Vermont was the faster center.

Hello All,

Could someone point me to Delicias List pelase.

Many thank you's,

Paris Heart

Hey Paris, it's here

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pUr...RR7hdWQYg3KbwRg

I've analyzed it a little more, I think VSC is running approximately 6 weeks or so behind CSC .... CSC is already pumping out approvals on February NOA1's .... there's hope for us hearing soon, thank God!!!!

I would be content if VSC was actually approving petitions. What I am dissapointed with is that California has approved many petitions in recent weeks while Vermont seems to be prioritizing differently. I think I130 petition for spouse should take precedence over K1, H1, Tourist visas, etc.

I also think that California is approving petitions based on NOA 1 dates. All the recent approvals from California have been for people having had there NOA 1 between Feb 9 and 12th. I have no idea what is going on at Vermont since they are not approving petitions. I just wish Vermont would start working at the same pace as California.

Kman, they are definately approving petitions .... and the evidence is there. Just check out Delicia's spreadsheet http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pUr...RR7hdWQYg3KbwRg

VSC are working on NOA1 dates if you look closely, so far they're mostly working on December/January NOA1's .... maybe not as fast as CSC but there are definately approvals .... there's been the odd February NOA1 thrown in for good measure.

Maybe once they truly slowdown with the K1's we'll notice the difference.

I don't see my name on it. How does my name show up on the list? Thanks

You need to contact Delicia and ask to be added. She can be found manning the NOA1 to NOA2 thread in CR1/IR1 forum.

Hi all,

I don't post often (due to frustration meaning I would constantly sound really angry!) , but often have a read, and seem to be on a similar timeline as you guys.

Was just reading this thread, in particular Cornishmans post (as he filed the same time as me) and so checked USCIS and have had a touch for the first time since February. I just hope its not an RFE! (Sorry Cornishman!)

Briff, that's good news and you've got a January NOA1 too. Looks like they're doing something with your file my lovely ... I hope too it's not an RFE. Goodluck and hopefully you'll be posting another VSC approval very soon.

I saw today that my file went deeper level of dust as it remains 2/24/08 date!

GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

When is good time To call congressman's office?

do I actually have to wait 6 months? :dead:

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Ilya, noone has to wait 6 months to call the Congressman's office, maybe it might help your peace of mind to do it.

Your NOA1 date is end of January, I think you may just see the date change in the next couple of weeks, or even be lucky enough to get an approval in the post out the blue .... yes that has happened with VSC.

Your signature is hilarious by the way.

Hey Loto, I tell you what, I can't wait for this part to be over .... my instincts are screaming around 4 - 6 more weeks for them to get to my file, but no later .... my instincts were already right from back in January when I filed .... I just knew the January filer approvals would start no later than the end of April, infact I posted it on the January I-130 filer thread in the K3 forum back in February/March sometime. And lo an behold the CSC applications started getting approved on the 3rd week of April

Bet I'll get an RFE from VSC just because of the jokes I've made of them over the last few weeks
