If you can't figure the above out from the instructions I suggest you get a lawyer as you may have problems getting the rest of the application correct!!

You are not trying to do it correct, you are trying to get the members of the VJ forum to do it for you.

From what I remember, you've asked questions on where to send the application, how much it is, how you have to pay it, who you make it payable to, if you have to send the Tax Returns like it says in the form, if you have to count your husband twice when the form tells you not to.

I seriously question your ability to fill out even the most basic of information required for what is a faily complex immigration process. I strongly suggest you seek the help of an immigration attorney if you are needed to ask questions on these most basic aspects of your application. That and READ THE FORM INSTRUCTIONS, THE FORM ITSELF and THE GUIDES!
