That's pretty cool!

I know my wife visited a girl who was about to go to her interview and it really helped. Then that girl posted feedback for others and the process went on and on.....

Good luck to everyone in their interviews at the Moscow embassy! Vadim had his interview on April 24th. Of course we were very excited and nervous about this final stage in our long process. I was so happy to hear the result. Vadim actually told me he enjoyed practicing English with the interviewer (I had to laugh). Some questions he was asked:

Where is the town located; is it near NYC or close to Canada?

What is the place like where you will live?

Does your fiancee have any pets?

What do her parents think of your impending marriage?

Has she visited you in Moscow?

How does your family feel about your plans?

Vadim also shared pictures of our trips together besides our Moscow visits, and also provided information of his relationship with my son, Ivan. There are probably more questions that were asked, but those are the ones that I can remember right now. The interviewer was a man who was very nice, and as Vadim was confident in our relationship, everything went smoothly. We are incredibly relieved that is behind us now, and wish everyone else the best of luck!

Alla is all set. Her needed papers, from me, for the interview arrived today via DHL. I was pretty pleased with the speediness. I sent them out last Friday, expected it to take a couple weeks. She wants to play CO / interviewee to practice for her interview. Personally, I think after knowing me for five years and living physically together already for a year, there can't be too much she doesn't already know!
