You can attend CFO Seminar in PRISM or in SMEF. If you need their address, contact numbers and the requirements just click this link http://www.cfo.gov.ph/emig_manila.htm.

May i suggest the SMEF, why? because you can have your seminar there and you can easily get your certificate at the back of SMEF building ( so no more commute to other building just to get your cert. )

That is just my suggestion ( caz that is where i had my seminar)

call them first before u attend the seminar coz you will need to bring photocopy of documents, like BC, passport, divorce decrees, pics of the 2 of u together. u have to know your fiance's ssn. dont be late coz youll end up waiting for the next batch on that day. the seminar would be 2-3 hrs.
