:thumbs: First Congrat on the birth of your baby. Yes the baby need passport. There is a couple question. Is the father of the baby your finace'? If so, was the birth report with the America Embassy there in Manila? If not, you need to do so. The baby is entitled to American Passport. By doing it that way it is some much easier on the paper work. Will have to call Embassy to set an appointment to take yoiu baby in to get it passport. You will need Passport pictures for sure. You should ask when you call what all you will need to bring with you. Good luck and God bless.
