Finally after paying doc fee to Delbros on March 28th and calling so many times it was sent to the NSO on April 16th with a April 29th interview so hope we have some luck with this by the interview date. Does anyone know if there is a way to check with the NSO to see the status of the docs? When I called the embassy finally they told me they have been having lots of problems with Delbros. We paid a month in advance so we had lots of time before the interview and it still didnt help because Delbros :bonk: is so slow. Congrats to everyone who got approved today. Hope we get the same on the 29th. :innocent:

Hello,

I'm not sure if this numbers can help you, I just got this numbers from loterlys' posting, she said maybe you can "squeeze" this persons for information about the document verification. Hope this can help you.

Nso Chief Doc. Mgnt Div. (Chief Edith Orcilla) 9261075

Nso Legal Dept. (Deputy-Miss Hufana) 9267333

Nso Deputy Adminitstrator (Miss Elena Casasola) 7160807 and 7160369

I'm planning to call that numbers when my forms are already forwarded at NSO too, right now..I just Paid that doc ver fee at Metrobank and try to call Delbros about it. Hey, may I know what numbers did you call after you paid the Doc verification at Metrobank I mean, when you said you kept on calling many times to them, is it delbros or the USEm? What numbers? Thank you so much. Good luck on your interview on the 29th.

hi chrisB0707, its the usem who will send your documents for verifications to NSO and not delbros. and this is done only every monday, and delbros told u that yours was sent april 16 but april 16 was wednesday. did u ask delbros (robbie) to when did the transmittal or the request of your documents to be verified from usem was sent to NSO? he should give u the exact date coz delbros will have a list of those names and it should fall on a monday date.

to add more infos: after the NSO is done with the verification, which takes 1-4 weeks (case to case basis with "luck"), those verified documents will be sent back to USEM only every friday, then usem will process those for another 2 days for another review (saturday sunday not included), so that falls on monday and tuesday, so we would hear something on the followin days.

i hope this helps.

basically it's the vital documents that you submit with the application. They are back checked by the NSO to check for authenticity. Birth Certificate and CENOMAR are the most likely ones. If they don't ask you for your CENOMAR, they will probably have it checked during the verification process. We were never asked for a CENOMAR during the interview but had ordered itjust incase (it arrived to late to help).

CENOMAR is CERtificate of NO MARriage

The process goes like this:

1. Metro Bank collects fee for Doc verification.

2. You text DELBROS with receipt number etc. to get confirmation text.

3. Hopefully, DELBROD forwards verfication to US Embassy. Call DELBROS local 104 to make sure.

4. US Embassy send documents to be verified to NSO through DELBROS - normally two weeks.

5. NSO verfies documents and returns to US Embassy - one to two week average.

Normally, the US Embassy will not tell you which documents are to be verified, but as mentioned earlier CENOMAR, BC, and MC where applicable seem to be the most common.
