i see the CSC website is showing processing dates for I-485 employment based apps as october 9th.

however, when i call the 800 number for info all i get is a messsage (after keying in my case/receipt number) telling me that the application is still be processed (No Sh..) and that i should wait until at least 180 days until after my transfer date of late december before calling.

i paid 1010 dollars for poor service.

is it true that i can expect to wait until july for the process to complete when all the paperwork was sent in september and the NOA1 was dated in early october?

how come the CSC website only shows I485 dates for employment related apps?

why cannot they show family based I485 apps process dates?
