Those are some fantastic ideas...We have been looking into colleges for him to attend but I'm just so blind as to where to start. I hadn't thought of having his degree evaluated so I'll definitely check that out when I get home from work. I will also be checking for job fairs and looking into everything that was mentioned. Hopefully it will be enough to at least get started.

Here are two evaluation services that the university I attend recommended. I think he said these are the only two they will accept. If he is considering a specific university, or has limited choices unless you relocate, I'd highly recommend checking with them to see who they will accept evaluations from.

One more thing, most public libraries have books on job hunting and resume writing. I know whenever I've been out of work I've come out with about 15 books and they really helped me keep my spirits up while I was looking, not to mention they taught me so much about job hunting.
