Newark was a pain in the proverbial. Although there was no harrassment or anyone being rude, after Bruce was brought into secondary to have his MBE examined and his passport stamped, he was forgotten about for 2 hours. Yep, he sat there for 2 hours watching other people come and go. He was literally the last guy in the room, and the IOs were like, "oops!" He didn't dare speak up lest he be chastised and perhaps denied entry.

Not cool.

I've always found Cincinatti to be a really good POE - went through there with my KI - no hassles, pleasant, friendly staff.

Chicago O'Hare is (in my experience) the worst but some people have sailed through with no problems........

Like others have said, the choice of POE depends also on your final destination in the US.

Doesn't seem to be many people flying into Dulles either :( I think there are about 2 reviews

Husband flew into Detroit. He didn't have to do 2ndary processing, but the lady in his immigration line walked away for like 10 min. after the couple right in front of him. Because of that I had to wait a while, but I'd expected it so no problem.

I'm not sure how it worked for Non-US citizens, but when I came back from england, it was a royal pain - not with any kind of rude staff or anything like that, but They had literally 2 lanes open and it took me about an hour to get up to the check point... rough!
