u can only press 7 after u heard "THIS IS AMERICAN EMBASSY blah blah then u can press 7 already, then ull hear "IF YOU KNOW THE EXTENSION blah blah then press 5184 or 5185 (your choice) followed by # key

Grace Also mentions that it takes about two Business days to process the Friday reciepts. So your best chance of getting information will be on the Tuesday after that following Friday

hi betsay, the 5286300 with exts 5184 and 5185 is from 8-10am but the 3012000 is from 8am-6pm. and becoz they said that the timeline of our documents at NSO is 1-4 weeks, then it would be best for us to do follow-up satrting next week, call them from tuesday to thursday, coz grace said, if they got hold of any verified documents on fridays, they will process those in 2 days which will fall on the following monday and tuesday already, (saturday and sunday not included by the way) so lets get busy calling them, thats all we have to do, "FOLLOW UP", so we will be UPDATED of our CURRENT STATUS. and then again like i always say, before we dial any numbers, we have to say a prayer first and ask God to bless the person who would pick up the fon, that she may be in well condition and in good mood so she can give us the infos we need and who knows... "the surprsie" that God has instored for us. mwahsssss

with regards to operator is busy? what do u mean? busy tone? or were u able to hear the ring tone? or a machine says the operator is busy? if its the last one then thats what i mean by pressing ZERO at once before that machine hang up and give u the busy tone. i was able to get thru and was able to talk to grace twice.

Hi, Lot. it's the last one - machine says operator's busy. Anyway, I was hoping to hear that the embassy will give you the info about whether your name/case number's included in the list sent back by NSO today, Friday. that way, you will know when to expect your visa I did press zero, but I wasn;t able to get through and talk to anybody. I will surely FOLLOW-UP next week. God bless you, and have a fruitful weekend!
