Wow now I have seen it ALL.

I think this is outrageous and the fact that in the book the mom explains about becoming "prettier" with surgery. What kind of message does this send to their children?

That's really bad. Sure, some people decide to have cosmetic surgery, but that should be an adult's choice; if a child sees a book like this at a young age, she (or possibly he) might grow up believing that surgery is the answer to all of life's needs. That's just not true and any good cosmetic surgeon will tell you that.

I bet when I get older you won't see many old looking people around because of all the surgery that is out there to stop it.
