hello, it's me again, I just PM you but here's the USEM Manila fax number (02) 3012591, the lady that I talked to there at the USEM Manila call center is the one who gave me that number. Hope this helps you and others here in VJ too.

thats correct nova, its 301 2591, fax as many as u like ammike, dont forget to write your case category, case number, interview date, beneficiary, petitioner and contact numbers (landline and celfon)
