How long is a K3 visa valid in a country for? We have both I-130 and K3 approved same time. It's been a month or 2 months since we've had the K3 and havent called in for an interview as they requested. Will the I-130 overcome the K3 if we don't take the K3 soon enough?

Have you called the Consulate? Ask them if you can move forward with the CR1. They are good about answering questions.
