Just checked DS-156 form online and I have this link: https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp . Is this the correct link or is there an updated version of this form?

08/18/09: Interview (postponed due to baby's delivery)

12/16/09: Interview - Approved!

You are both correct. Danyrmartin1's link is from Packet 4 which leads you back to RyaNRiza's direct link to the DS-256 online form.
