Anyone out there recently get their clearance after being sent through the sputum test? I am wondering what the interview timeline is if my fiancee receives her clearance May 7 from St Lukes? She had to undergo re-tests first of March and was told to contact St. Lukes for her last result May 7th. We are kind of hanging out here waiting with no documents from embassy or USCIS.

Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Hi, my fiance was told that we could start checking for her sputum result between March 28 and April 4th. We found out on March 31st that she passed her sputum culture and she could report immediately. Ashley left the next day for Manila (it's up to you) and finshed her medical the morning after she arrived. She was then scheduled for her interview the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). So to recap, result known on Monday morning in the Philippines. Leave for Manila on Tues. afternoon and have final medical on Wed. morning. Consulate interview on the following Tues. and visa in hand by Friday. Hope this helps, Joe

Hi sbragg, Like your fiancee, i'm still waiting for the result of my sputum culture test. I will have the result this coming May 2.. I'm still praying that everything will went well.. I dont have any Idea about how long will it take when ur fiancee is negative on her medical. But as i read to some post here and to other friends here in vj, it will take just a week after the clearance given by the SLEC.

God is always there for us...
