We recently received our package of interview preparation instructions from the consulate in Mexico and there is no mention of the I-134 form. Instead, they included instructions (Form OF-167 ENG) for providing evidence that my fiancee is not likely to become a public charge. The suggested documents are similar to those mentioned in the Visa Journey guidelines, but there is no mention of the I-134 form itself.

Does anyone know if this form is or is not required at the Ciudad Juarez consulate in Mexico?
