I am from the Toronto area, and I am planning on moving to the California with my finace.

We didn't start the paperwork as of yet...still waiting on my gruelling divorce. Anyhoo,..look around the forums here i noticed that there is only a US Embassy in Vancouver, and Montreal (that is listed here).

Does that mean I have to drive to Montreal to the US Embassy for my interview when the time comes??

Thanks for your help :)

Met online June 10 2007

I-29F sent August 27, 2008

You will definately have to go to the Montreal embassy. I'm from Toronto, currently living in California with my Beautiful Wife! I already went through the proess and had to go trough Montreal for my interview. There are some cheap hotels, specially one right across the street from the embassy. I'll see if i can remember the name of it.
