hi, just had a question about the documents my wife has to send with the DS-230 to the NVC. Will she get those documents back and my I-864 in her embassy appointment packet? I am just a little confused since the embassy asks for these documents to at her interview. Otherwise she would have to make copies of all the documents and bring those if they accept copies of these documents, such as NBI clearance, 2 passport photos, Marriage certificate, and her birth certificate.

Thanks for any help again :-)

On the last page of the interview appointment packet there is a list of documents that will say Yes or No as to if they are complete. All of the paperwork will be forwarded to the Embassy in Manila. We made doubly sure and had new certificates and copies of everything from the NSO and NBI but weren't ask for them. Do be sure and have a copy of your income tax return and W-2 for 2007 since the due date is about here.
