hi there.

i need some information of what to do now.

we are in the process of K1. The result of the medical willonly be release on May,becuase i failed the xray last feb and required for sputum test.

Anyway, thats not our concern now. But the fact that my fiance will be moving to Kuwait at the ebnd of this month.

I know this is so sudden but opportunity knock only once.

We want to know what do we do to our petition.Do we just abandon it and inform the USEM about the change of country/address or inform the USCIS?

WE actually planning of joining him in Kuwait, and therefore need to marry here. Am i correct?

the question is when we want to go back to US, do i have to come back to Philippines and Apply the K3 if we are married already?

so confuse, so please share whatever you know onto this kind of situation.

Will he be staying in Kuwait for good? Not going to come back to US at all? I may be wrong on this but if he's keeping his home and other properties here in US, you may be able to continue pursuing the K1 visa. May is not that far anyway... Once you got the visa, maybe you can fly to US and then you two get married and then fly to Kuwait together? What I'm not sure about is if you can file your AOS if you are not in US.

I really don't know what to say. I guess I'm not the right person to give you advice. Sorry.

well, the job in Kuwait has been finalized and he need to fly there at the end of this month. Therefore there is no way now we can get married in US.

The only way for all of us to be together is to join him in Kuwait.

He have plans to go back to US but only God knows when.

We are really concern on what to do to our K1 visa process.

I really hope someone knew about something in this situation. I thank you for replying Mae.

Just seems no one ever had this experience like ours.
