I second Baywalk. You can have dinner across the street, view the water show, have halo halo, and maybe they will have live entertainment next to water show.

one time i took my inlaws to the american memorial cemetery in fort bonifacio in taguig and they were touched with all the war memorials. your fiance's dad might want to see that

We summarized it now...

1st day

fort santiago & intramuros, baywalk, Sm mall of Asia and then dinner at the back part, the new baywalk.

2nd day

Corregidor Island... bec it is just near in MAnila and Ryan's dad like historic place.
