Does anybody has an idea if I still need to bring an affidavit of support papers during the interview at us embassy when we already submitted it at national visa center? We are applying for CR1 visa..

When you receive your packet with interview date, the last page lists all the paperwork and if they have it. It's always a good idea to have copies of everything. Our recent experience was that we had a full file folder of everything they could possibly ask for at the Manila embassy, but were not asked for one piece of evidence. The CO said they had everything needed. Oh well, better to have something and not need it rather than needing something you don't have.

Do make sure you have a 2007 tax return and W-2 if the interview date is after April 15th.
