As a K1 you should have filled out the I-94 at the pre-clearance centre where you got your K1 visa. Whether it was a land border crossing or at the airport, you should have filled one in. If you did not, then call that particular border crossing/pre-clearance and tell them you need it and ask them how to go about getting one.

Reba is right. A Canadian entering on a K-1 visa will have the I-94 stapled into his or her passport. The I-94 will have a validity of 90 days - it is within those 90 days that the K-1 beneficiary and the US petitioner must marry. The I-94 is then used in the AOS process to prove that the K-1 beneficiary did satisfy the requirements of the K-1 Visa and is eligible to Adjust Status based on the K-1 visa. If the two people marry after the date on the I-94, then they are not allowed to adjust status based on the K-1, and the US citizen also needs to include an I-130 petition for spouse with the I-485 application.

If you did not receive an I-94 as a K-1, then yes, you do need to contact your POE in order to obtain it.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
