Hello Everybody,

Just received packet 3 from consulate here in Taiwan, but noticed that the Form DS-156 has an expiration date as of

5/31/2007, and the DS 156K has an expiration date on 5/31/2004. Can these forms still be used or will they cause

problem during the interview? Please help, I need advise from those fellow Vj members who has gone thru this visa process.

Double check the embassy website...the website should have the most updated forms. We filled out all of the packet 3 forms we could even before the actual packet 3 arrived, and all of the forms we found on the UK site were up to date...

I think some of the forms I was filling out had a weird date of expiration as well...but I downloaded them from the USCIS website so I didn´t wonder about it and never had a problem with any. I suggest you go to USCIS website or call them if you want
